The Art of Collaboration

We use the Art of Collaboration to address a variety of needs, from leadership development to tackling discrete organizational and strategic challenges, from individual and group learning to planning and launching new policies.

We take diverse groups of people through a sophisticated and tailored process inside a specifically created environment.

The process not only enables participants to work together on specific issues, go through large amounts of data and complete significant work on the tasks at hand. It also invites them to break the patterns that stifle innovation and creativity and step beyond traditional boundaries to discover something new, embrace authentic leadership and become actors of positive change.

We work with some of the most admired business, academic and non-profit organizations from across the world. We have engaged in missions in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, Middle East, United States, United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and China, working across the globe with immensely diverse groups of people: from government officials to front-line workers, from academics to NGO activists, from students to practitioners.

Our team consists of 20 full time professionals from across Europe and the United States, with a diverse range of skills to meet the needs of our projects, plus 30 highly experienced freelance professionals in Europe. Variety in cultures and skills is a core feature of our organization.
